The one on mayple ave is more than enough. Putting one on N.Main st is only going to cause mad accidents. .

the city can spend up to $430000, and they seem to be going broke and can spend money on something that is not needed. They need to take out the parking meters and it just might encourage retail to return to downtown. So many streets are in bad shape. City Fathers need to start thinking out of the box. .

Very bad idea. Waste of taxpayers money. Lived in Elmira 25 yrs and there was never a problem driving the way it currently is set up. NO WAY!!

Stop wasting money on pointless stuff this intersection has the least accidents in half the town a roundabout will make it more dangerous stop Elmira yuur being dumb

The round abouts that elmira has been putting in are a huge traffic hazard ..they are not done correctly... and as far as elmira goes .. trying to make it pretty and have business come back is not going to happen.. I avoid elmira at all costs no matter what I need

I'm not a fan of Round Abouts in general - most people don't seem to understand the Right of Way guidelines for them. In this case, a long time business, plus another, would be greatly affected & hampered in terms of customer access.
