Yet another move by the city of Elmira to take any incentive away to shop in Elmira. Why bother to go there?? Other establishments make it easy for their customers to shop, you are taking away precious parking spaces that these businesses have. Don't make it harder for these businesses to stay in Elmira.

No roundabout! The ones put in Pine City are rediculous ! The one formerly on Clinton St did not work and had to be removed.

I hate Round abouts..I had a Friend who almost Got Hit when the Round abouts on 328 in Pinecity First Got Done..Another Driver went the Wrong way and almost Slammed into My Friend..I vote No for the Round about....
