This the most ignorant way to spend our tax money....Leave N.Main St. the hell alone and apply it to refurbishing Brand's pool!

We have lived without for this long have been doing very well if we put a roundabout in that will take out alot of business just to put one in destroying what we have come to love

Spend the money else where and re vitalize the downtown in a way that people will be able to enjoy it and actually want to go downtown for something other then getting drunk and killing each other

I avoid any area that has a roundabout in Elmira. I hate these things they are more dangerous then just driving in the intersections when they are normal. I no longer go down Maple Ave. And I will not drive on route 13 in Horseheads or on 352 going down into PA.

The city agency that is promoting this idea, needs to base this proposal on solid, fact-based explanations as to why this is a necessity and how that outweighs the financial harm and loss of freedom to do business for the businesses affected. Without a clear showing as to the above, the City of Elmira has no basis to make this proposed change.

There is absolutely no traffic conestion or life safety issue that warrants the installaton of this roundabout. I implore you, do NOT harm a local business or Elmira's Main Street by constructing this abomination. NO to the roundabout!

All of these round abouts are bs beside the 2 on rt.13. The two on maple ave are nothing but a waiste of my money a tax payer. Besides there a waiste of money the wonderfull people of elmira do not have one clue to what yeild means.....

How about we fix up the sidewalks near the hospital instead? I tried to talk my son on a walk and he cried in his stroller from how bumpy and uncomfortable it was!!
