Tell St. Louis County NO developing on Timber Run!

We do not want this commercial property in our residential neighborhood! It will decrease our property values and crate unsafe traffic!

Any development would be terrible and also create safety issues with children in the neighborhood

I will vote no on the development. Sorry but property values are more important as I near retirement.

My husband and I strongly disagree with commercial buildings in our family, kids friendly neighborhood. Our vote is NO to new development, period.

I oppose proposal development housing facility on Timber Run at Sypressway. Reason: 1. Encroach of the yards homeowners. 2. Remove natural water barriers. 3. Decrease my home value. 4. Remove all mature trees. Homeowner: 1344 Palm Ridge Court, Saint Louis MO 63146

There are vacant usable buildings all around this area. We don’t need new construction. We need green spaces for water, noise, and traffic abatement.

Please keep this a green space.

Proposed structure in that area will impair adjoining property values, strain traffic flow, displace natural wildlife patterns. The YouthBridge Children’s Home has been suggested stating it appears to be unused. Sheltering the homeless is a complicated matrix and I would want more information on the program.

We do not need commercial development in this neighborhood.

I oppose development of our neighborhoods green space . This development will impact the safety of our children due to the increase in traffic, will reduce the wildlife which is what makes our neighborhood so special. Keep our green space

As a registered Landscape Architect in the state of Missouri I am against this development for a number of reasons.

This is a wonderful cause and a wonderful organization, but not the appropriate location for these professional services to be provided. Zoning exists to protect and preserve residential space. This business belongs in commercially zoned space. Amending zoning is tantamount to violating the agreement held between residents and their government. Please do the right thing and respect residential zoning. Thank you.

Find a different location. How about on the south side of Olive closer to Ladue? I’m sure they would welcome this facility as a new neighbor.
