Tell St. Louis County NO developing on Timber Run!

I do not want this is our neighborhood.

Has there been consideration for using the now-empty Youthbridge building at Olive & Timber Run? Rather than developing inside a residential neighborhood (increasing traffic, removing green space, introducing light and noise pollution, decreasing the safety for residents) why not repurpose an already established building in the nearly-same location?

Leave the community alone.

I oppose use of this land for development in the strongest possible terms. This land provides a buffer between residential and commercial areas. It currently provides a home for wildlife and is carefully maintained. If developed, it will decrease not only quality of life for residents here, but also property values.

I am opposed to this rezoning. Our neighborhood can not support this type of facility. Drainage, loss of green space and traffic are just a few of the reasons.

This should not be put in this quiet neighborhood.

I am opposed to any commercial/quasi-commercial development within residential areas. Initial use may be acceptable to some or many, but long-term the use could be something undesirable but because the use purpose has changed, we lose.

No re-zoning this lot. No to this business. No increased traffic in our neighborhood. No more litter. No increased flooding.

It is unfair to the property owners of Timber Run to put a homeless shelter at the entrance of their subdivision.

I protest allowing a facility build near the daycare, in the middle of the neighborhood and taking away the woods and animal lives

There is already a lot of traffic on this street. It is the main way for the residents of Timber Run and Whispering Hills to get to Olive. It is a cut through for people that live off of Ross. There is traffic due to Burger King. Please do not allow Our Lady’s Inn to put a building there.

The neighborhood can't support that kind of construction and additional utility use. The homes already have drainage issues because of the businesses up the hill and there are growing sinkholes.

NO! We have enough problems with drainage from the businesses on olive that have led to many homes needing to refinish their basements or creates rivers in the backyards of the residents when it rains!

Please don't approve the zoning change on Timber Run in our quiet neighborhood.

Storm water from developments in Olive and our neighborhood drain into a sink hole on that property. I have had many discussions with the Metropolitan Sewer District about it. I believe there should be an environmental impact study on where this rainwater will go. We already have multiple issues with storm water run off as a community.

I am a resident of Timber Run subdivision. I am vehemently opposed to developing this location. It will adversely affect the property values in our neightborhood and create a lot of traffic in a confined area within a residential area. Also, we have beautiful wildlife congregate at this exact location on a regular basis and this construction will squeeze them out of even more of their habitat than they have alread had to suffer. Please, do not allow construction of this facility.
