Tell St. Louis County NO developing on Timber Run!

The Majority of Residents in all the surrounding areas Vote NO to any future developement in or near Creve Coeur Lake a and Park.

To respond to one of the other commenters, there is already a wonderful buffer between the residences and commercial developments to the south that would be taken out and replaced with another commercial development in the residence's front and back yards. No one disputes that this is a valuable service, it's just in the wrong place. An assessment of low impact does not take into account the 24/7 nature of this operation in a residential neighborhood among many other issues including logistics, traffic, flooding, etc.

As a geologist, I find it troubling that they plan to develop on two sinkholes (and adjacent to an empty structure).

This is a great place to build a low impact facility which will provide a much needed facility for young ladies in tragic circumstancees. It is located on the edge of a residential area and will provide a buffer between the residences and more commercial developments to the south toward Olive Boulevard.

I have lived for over 40 years in this neighborhood. I feel safe going for walks on the street. The new development will not only bring unwanted and unneeded traffic through these residential streets but it will also lower property values and take away much needed green space. Please do not allow this facility to be built here.

This is not an appropriate location for Our Lady's Inn. This is a subdivision and Timber Run already has TOO MUCH Traffic and TOO Many Speeders as people "cut through" from Ross Road to access Olive Blvd. Creve Coeur Manor is bad enough...dirty building, trash in parking lot, and don't need any other facility on Timber Run to house people.

Let's keep Timber Run a residential neighborhood. We cannot afford to take the financial hit that would accompany this commercial development. To say nothing of the traffic at all hours. Utilize the existing property on Olive and don't destroy our neighborhood.

NO! Against the zoning change

I'm retiree. Development will cause air quality degrading and increase my health risk.

Stop development to pollute our living environment.

Keep our neighborhood safe

We need to keep our green space, keep out the construction vehicles which will damage our roads that were recently repaved. The site in question is a school bus stop, there are many kids walking or riding their bikes here not to mention people out walking their dogs. We all bought into this subdivision because we loved the green space and the quietness of it! Do not take that away from us

Don't pollute our community.

No need to start putting commercial development in the middle of residential area. The increased traffic will cause safety concerns and decrease the values of the existing homes.

With less permeable soil and more concrete the houses in the subdivision will get more runoff. This development will also effect traffic. Why not build on the land on Olive that is for sale and already zoned for such a facility.
