The Justice Department is preparing to bring criminal corruption charges against New Jersey Democratic Senator Robert Menendez, alleging he used his Senate office to push the business interests of a Democratic donor and friend in exchange for gifts.

Dear Senator Menendez,
We the undersigned demand you resign effective immediately. Your alleged use of your Senate office to push the business interests of a donor and friend in exchange for gifts is unacceptable and will not be tolerated in a representative.
It is impossible for a Senator, Democrat or Republican, to function effectively on behalf of taxpayers under such a cloud. Senator Menendez, you owe it to New Jersey to assure our citizens have the fullest representation possible.

Resign right away. Sorry Obama took you out with your Cuba and Isreal views, which I agree with, but you are very corrupt and need to leave office as you are an abuser of power.
Please walk away with dignity. Please don't embarrass yourself any further. Frankly I'm all for term limits in Congress EXACTLY FOR THIS REASON!! I'm grateful for all the good you've done for New Jersey. A scandal has broke...I believe it's true...please step aside.
Menendez (who not only has THE rudest staff of anyone in the Senate) is an embarrassment to New Jersey, and we deserve better. He should resign now.
You can no longer effectively represent your constituents. Please do the correct thing and resign.
It is time for Menendez to resign. He has betrayed his constituents and abused the power of his office.

He has been under Federal Criminal investigations since before 2006 just ask Senator Tom Kean Jr.
