Cost of water in Oceanside is outrageous! Last month our water bill was over $400!

It is criminal allowing a for-profit monopoly to be a water provider. When we moved to our current house and received the first bill, I was sure the prior owners skipped without paying their yearly bill. It was 10x+ what we had paid our previous town supplied water bill.
