I am running a campaign in my school for sustainable fishing, shark fin soup is not sustainable, and not very tasty, the soup i admit is really good. But the shark fin is just chewy cartilage. It is not worth it.

Dear Hilton, I am a diamond member of your hotel group and am seriously dissapointed to learn that you still serve shark fin soup in the far east (if the stories are true). Ethical business practices run all the way and don't stop somewhere. It is you are either ethical or you are not. I know that Hilton is trying to make serious progress so I hope that you will take the extra step and ban shark fin soup from your menu's.
