Any respectable company should not be endorsing something as barbaric as finning by having shark fin soup on the menu. It appears desperate as if you cannot please your guests in any other way but to serve them with what ever they request, despite the environmental toll and desperation is not an attractive quality for any brand name. people should boycott the Hilton until it is off the menu.

Can it possibly be true that Hilton Hotels are so poor they have to sell products that are achieved by such cruel and senseless means. Let them eat veggie sould - or can't they produce one in their kitchen? Then let them get a cook who's worth his salt.

This is shameful that you use a practice like that - I think those people can find something else on your menu that would be tasteful - stop hurting our Animals -
If Hilton Hotels recognise that there is a problem then Hilton Hotels must stop serving it up. You know the state of our oceans, the the rate that sharks are being exploited, it is your responsibility to at least give back a little and do that by stopping selling shark fin when you know how bad the problem is.,
