Boutique studios are called this because we are unique and different from the big clubs. Our clientele are usually 1 on 1 or maybe a few more. Small and private NOT bigger the better philosophy. Social distancing is NOT an issue!!!
PLEASE allow small boutique studios to open!!!!

Fitness contributes to health. In fairness and for public health, allow small fitness studios to open with basic precautions.

Our gym has measures for safety in place and ready to re-open.
They are a major component to the health of our community.

Fitness Boutiques can safely operate!!!! Don’t let small businesses fail because they weren’t even given a chance to survive!

please don't treat all fitness providers the same! Smaller and personal training related providers deserve to safely open now.

I’m one of those owners who have requested to be considered in a different category from gyms and large fitness centers and have had no response from our governor. We have been ignored and discounted. If tattoo parlors and beauty salons are now permitted to open and work in close proximity with customers then we have every right to be open. Unlike these businesses we CAN keep a 6’ distance.
WE NEED TO COME BACK TO WORK!

Our small town fitness center has been supporting local businesses and creatively staying open to service its clients during this extended closure. They have systematic, expensive and carefully thought through plans to reopen with just their private, appointment-based clients. Let these businesses reopen, as they fit the category of salons and other small businesses that are the lifeblood of our communities.

Open the small gyms. They can sanitize between classes easily.

Small studios and gyms should not be in the same classification. A yoga studio is able to properly social distance, allowing people to bring in their own equipment, while maintaining sanitary conditions for employees and customers alike. Failure to give consideration for this specific group of business-owners will harm/end those businesses and MN.

Please allow businesses to open up. If your goal was to kill small businesses, it is working. If this continues, people will be moving out of MN to other states.

Time to go back to doing what we do best, helping out community live healthy lives. That doesn't just include time in the gym. We provide a community a safe place to make positive changes.

Please allow small fitness centers to open. I have seen the plan for the studio I go to, and believe they have a very safe plan in place. They are not big, and every day closed could mean they could close forever.
Let them open!
