XXX Tell Gov Walz in MN that Fitness Boutiques don't belong in the category with health clubs, gyms and cinemas

We need to help small businesses. We need a balance between safety and getting the economy starting again. The deaths from Covid 19 are terrible but so would be the death of our economy/society

Walz you are violating our constitutional rights.

Pilates has been an integral part in me healing MS. It is imperative I move and essential for my recovery. Please allow those to receive the care they desperately need. Thank you

Coming from an ER nurse, boutique gyms with group classes have the unique ability to designate appropriate distancing. People are not milling about as they would around equipment in a big box gym.

Freedom!! Open our State!

Small gyms and studios should be able to reopen with similar restrictions as salons and spas. As a manager at a boutique Pilates studio, I can confidently say that we could do a much better job maintaining social distance than, say, a solon for instance. Our small businesses were completely overlooked and that is not only disappointing, but also devastating to those who rely on these businesses for a living - clients, trainers, owners, and all other staff. The good news is that there is still time to fix this! Please do the right thing and allow us to open June 1, we are more than prepared to protect ourselves and our clients.

We need to get back to some form of normalcy. Small fitness boutiques can limit the number of participants and clean in between clients. PLEASE let them open June 1!!

Give the small business owners a chance. The big box gyms will survive.

Small studios that are appt. Client based need to be let to open.

A large majority of minnesota gyms are small And independent and don’t have a spa, juice bar, pool, locker room or multiple areas that would be hard to clean if 100’s of people visited them everyday. Let us smaller gyms open. We are safer than any grocery store, restaurant, or department store that has been allowed to open.

Please allow small studio gyms to open on June 1st. Thank you

I am eager to get back to my private Pilates class. I have back problems and this class keeps me mobile and pain free. It is not a gym and there are not other patrons there when I am there

Time to sort out the differences! all that’s needs to happen is square feet And customer count not that difficult.

My sessions are me and one client in a large studio with no touching. This is safer then a salon, a chiropractor, or any number of services that are opening. We do not resemble a gym in anyway! We clean between every client and have the ability to use all safe practices. Please let us open.

Governor Walz is doing a terrific job during this crisis. With this sognature, I am encouraging him to consider that these smaller gyms have a different scale and fewer at risk common areas, particularly if it is one on one and by appointment. It's much more like a hair salon.
