Objection on the basis of proximity to school and potential harm to children through unknown risks of radiation exposure to fast changing cells.

While we do need better mobile cover in the area it is crazy to site the mast beside a primary school when there are so many others places it could have been placed. The school should have made this more public to the parents before now too.

In what way does this exercise the precautionary principle as recommended in the Stewart Report?

We strongly object to the telephone mast directly next to Marlborough House School in Hawkhurst there are serious health concerns on phone masts and this is a dreadful place to have it where young children spend many hours directly next to the very strong and dangerous rays emitted.

This is appalling that Vodafone would place a mast so close to small children.

How is that in the UK, it is still legal to install a mobile mast near schools? If companies can not self regulate, the government must.

I object to the mast for health reasons related to children at the school and visiting children, sports teams etc.

A mast near a primary school, or any educational provision, is beyond defending. Vodaphone we need urgent action with relocating the mast to a responsible place.

I am very concerned about a mast being located next to a school. There is some research that suggests that there may be a danger associated with them and surely our younger generation should be protected from profit making mobile companies.

Absolutely do not want a phone mast in the vicinity of where my children spend a significant amount of time every week.

Must surely be possible to find a safer location and not right next to a school. Bad choice that could affect many children.

I am very concerned about the health and well being of everyone close to the mast not least my children who are at school right next to the mast.

There is no reason why these should be located anywhere near our children and schools!!

It is highly inappropriate to position a mobile phone mast next to a primary school. The mast needs to be removed / relocated ASAP.

In such a rural area, Vodaphone must be able to find a more suitable location for a mobile phone mast than directly outside a school. Children whose bodies and brains are still developing, are surely the most at risk group, and I cannot understand why there are no regulations against the installation of masts near schools, nurseries and playgrounds until such a time that we are sure there are no long term risks to health.

No thank you, and we should have been informed by the school that this was occurring before it was installed.

The health of our children should be protected by the adults around them that is our responsibility to them. This is wrong on all levels and this mast can be installed elsewhere.

I am concerned at potential harm to our grandchildren living close to the mast.
