I am concerned about potential health risk to our young grandchildren who live close to this mast

Why no consultation? Must be other places to put it. Not worth the risk by a school

Totally irresponsible to allow this mast being erected near a school!

It is vital that mobile phone masts should be subject to planning consent after local consensus research.

How is it possible that we are still dicing with our chikdrens' health by siting aerials close to schools. Did money change hands?

There is still scientific uncertainty on the safety of the technology, so why would you locate these thinge outside a school?

Telephone masts have no place near schools. I'm sure there are many other places that would be more appropriate.

Planting a phone mast by a school- who in their right mind would make a decision like that?

Of all the places to site a mobile phone mast, next to a school. Should not be allowed.

Extraordinary place to put it. Of course it should be moved. The school must be horrified.

Until there is no question at all that these masts pose any health risk then they should absolutely be kept clear of any school. There are plenty of other places for this mast to go in Hawkhurst so why put it right on the doorstep of 350 children?

Surely there is a better position for the mast than next to a school!

I am signing this petition as I feel strongly that telephone masts should not be sited close to children's schools as there is growing evidence to suggest that they are detrimental to health.
