Schools and nurseries should be clear from mobile masts.

Proper open consultation should be carried out before masts are installed as the risks are unknown

Can’t think of more unsuitable place to erect a mast. Shame on you O2/Vodafone! Move it now.

No masts should be erected near schools

I am sure there are other areas where this mast should have been erected. The Borough's Authorities should have better cosidered its community especially that of its children.

Unacceptable

It is unacceptable to place a mast next to a school, particularly astonishing when it is generally advised against and it has been placed on public sector land.

I believe that this mast should not be positioned so close to a school.

The government's own guidelines, week though they may be, advise that phone masts should not be placed close to schools - so how did the mast manage to get through planning controls?

How money is so much more important than the welfare of our children. Disgusting.

This is outrageous given that research already proves the damaging impact of such masts of people's health and measures should be in place to limit this especially where children and young people are in close proximity.

We are electromagnetic beings. Electrical impulses control every function of our body and thought. The frequencies emitted by masts disturb these, altering gene expression. Naval Medical Research Institute data replicated by 1000s of other studies show this causes numerous disease effects and adverse symptoms. Children - whose bodies, brain and central nervous system are still developing and whose bodies absorb more of this radiation than adults, are at particular risk of harm. The shorter the distance to the source of these EMFs, the greater the danger. There is NO argument strong enough for having a mobile mast anywhere near to where children reside, play, study or spend any amount of time when the risks - even the potential for harm - is taken into account.

Cell phone towers should not be near schools or children. The research is becoming very clear and worrying on this issue. Please move this tower and ensure none are placed near schools again.

Suggest you ask as many parents as possible to monitor the health of their children from now - also noting their health prior to it being erected - until the mast is removed.
