my card expires next month and I really don't want to expose myself to extra risk just to maintain my MMJ status.

I absolutely feel telemed doctors are ESSENTIAL in keeping patients safe during these difficult days. Patients experience a variety of conditions, and going out in public spaces may be detrimental to their health, both physical and mental. Thank you for your consideration. A Patient

It's absolutely the right thing to do. I feel discriminated against. Please change the law. Much appreciated.

I take a medication that lowers my immune system's ability to fight off infections and I also need to renew my card in the next two weeks. I'd like to be able to renew without putting my life in danger due to COVID -19.

I see no reason to expose patients to risk for a consultation that can easily be done by video or phone conference.

Please add telemedicine visits to your executive order for MMJ certifications, it is not clear and there is confusion between your executive order and the state health department regarding MMJ in person vs televisits! Patients are exposing themselves to unecessary risks especially immunocompromised patients! And MMJ physicians are also unecessarialy exposing themselves, if physicans are allowed to prescribe medicine including controlled substances via televisits then MMJ certification should be allowed via telemedicine. Please amend your Executive Order.

Please add telemedicine visits to your executive order for MMJ certifications, make it clear and eliminate the confusion between your executive order and the state health department regarding MMJ in person vs televisits! Patients are exposing themselves to unecessary risks especially immunocompromised patients! Please act now. I am 60 year old with a chronic disease. I have not left my house in 26 days and my medical license is now expired. To enter a MMJ certification center could be lethal to my health. You wouldn't want my life on your hands, would you?
