Telemedicine for Certifications

Please add telemedicine visits to your executive order for MMJ certifications, it is not clear and there is confusion between your executive order and the state health department regarding MMJ in person vs televisits! Patients are exposing themselves to unecessary risks especially immunocompromised patients! And MMJ physicians are also unecessarialy exposing themselves, if physicans are allowed to prescribe medicine including controlled substances via televisits then MMJ certification should be allowed via telemedicine. Please amend your Executive Order.

This is imperative especially during the pandemic but also for those who are unable or it is very difficult for them to leave their homes and travel to the doctors offices recently I saw a quadriplegic patient being transferred from his vans hydraulic lift to the medical office. Why was this necessary? Today there are many Medical Offices that conduct examinations via Telephone and video

Please amend the executive order to include medical marijuana evaluation and certification via telemedicine visits, consistent with other prescribing rights via telemedicine visits during this health crisis.

Please allow mmj prescribers to do so via telemedicine.

Please make this telemedicine, their is unnecessary risk and burden being put on our MMJ physicians and medical marijuana patients, especially those with compromised immune systems!

Awesome to have Telemedicine as we all cannot leave their home's!

I know people who can't get there cards renewal because they can't get in to there doctor

This petition should also include price gouging during this pandemic. I understand supply and demand but some of us cannot Accord 40% more rate hike and limiting the amount get gotten per visit that makes people with autoimmune diseases vulnerable.

Should not be treated any differently than medications.

So important to allow mandated social distancing in the mmj certifications process— protect us all equally.
