I have asthma and weakened immune system due to another condition. Telemedicine and extended delivery services would be a great help to lower exposure. I live 3 miles over the 20 mile delivery range if you take the highway and within the 20 miles range if a side road is taken. I am unable to receive these services thus increasing risk and exposure to myself and others.

Telemedicine is critical for many people. Even more so now during this pandemic. I am currently recovering from an emergency, major surgery. I cannot compromise my health with unnecessary exposure. Please help me stay safe.

If it works for them and eases their discomforts and that's the easiest and safest way to obtain the medication so be it , find a way to get it to them and is safe with the least amount of risk.

Medical Marijuana saved my life. By stating this I don’t mean it helped me, I mean it actually saved my life. From a Lyme disease diagnosis to fibromyalgia, neuropathy pain, a sprained neck from loss of feeling in my legs not to mention the more tolerable but less than easy diagnosis of two herniated and one bulging disc in my lower lumbar I’m sure anyone could agree the pain was enough to make me severely depressed and yes, at times suicidal. The amount of opioids I GOT to throw away after receiving my medical card in CO while living there was over 250 that were prescribed to me by a pain management doctor after a nerve ablation went wrong. The ulcers, nausea and fear of those medications instilled in me were only another downfall of what was my life. Once I was educated on and given my medication after receiving my medical card, my quality of life went from not walking and crippling pain plus the desire to give up to the desire to find other more natural and beneficial ways to help myself. Yoga, acupuncture, meditation, chiropractic work, physical therapy, emotional therapy to help me get past the trauma of my health declining so rapidly etc. with that said I think it’s only right of me to use my voice, the voice I still have to advocate for Medical Marijuana and the importance of it being accessible to people who need it. Especially in a time of economic stress and the anxiety a lot are suffering from due to it!

I am 71 years old with health issues that compromise my immune system. My license expires in 3 weeks and I fear the exposure that I will have by physically having to come in to renew my license.

When something works for someone they do not want you to have it. That's like taking high blood pressure medicine away from someone that needs it.

Making those at risk physically enter a medical public space is disgusting & other alternatives should be made available immediately!

Please change this. I am 73 and had quarantined for 63 days. On day 64 I had to renew my card in person. It didn’t feel safe. It was just me and the doctor, we both were masked and followed social distancing guidelines. I had to lower my mask once, for the photo to be taken, and the doctor moved in a little closer than the 6’ while doing so. I’ve since had anxiety because of the possibility that I’ve contracted the virus. Or, if I’m asymptomatic, that I’ve spread it to the doctor. This issue is a no-brainer. It’s Public Health.

I have a weakened immune system, and need to remain as isolated as possible. It is time for me to renew certification, but I live in a remote town. My doctor, who evaluates me for certification, is 2.5 hrs away. Because of my condition, it’s already difficult to make that trip, but it’s especially not wise to make the trip now. Please make the change to allow telemedicine for certification renewal.

If the people of this state voted YES for Medical Marijuana the person who was voted to care for the people of this state should assist the peoples will.
