Money accumulated from OUR bridges, does NOT come back for our benefit. Time to tear those bridges down. Need $$$ in NYC, collect $$$ in NYC❗❗❗

These bridges have been paid off for several years now. We already have had the Buffalo Tolls removed. We should have had Grand Island Bridges removed at the same time. Where is the Money we all pay on a Daily Basis?

I use to live on Grand Island and moved off island just because of the tolls and the traffic going over bridge. Please remove tolls bridge been paid for.

Step 1.) 20mph all ez pass - no cash
Step 2.) Remove all booths and go to high speed tolls
With both proposals REMOVE ANY TOLL REQUIREMENT FROM GRAND ISLAND RESIDENTS. If not, allow it as a tax deduction as we already pay local and state taxes. A toll, to get to our homes is nothing more than a hidden tax. Island residents demand to be exempt from all Island tolls NOW!

The tolls cause dangerous traffic backups. Headed north, the trucks start from a dead stop, resulting in very slow traffic up the bridge.

The tolls were supposed to be eliminated many years ago, yet they are still here. It's time to get rid of them.

Ridiculous that we have to pay to leave and return to our homes. It is an unfair tax on residents.

I'm not necessarily against the toll itself but the congestion that the toll booths create is unbearable at times.

Removing these tolls will add Grand Island to a re-surging Western New York while enhancing economic vitality.

I believe the Grand Island tolls need to exist to control and limit traffic flow 'through' Grand Island; for non-resident traffic. This barrier/charge is necessary, in order to not to openly increase traffic and the subsequent delays for residents returning home - this especially on during peak commute times, tourist season and weekends.
However, I am in support of Cashless Toll systems that would exclude vehicles registered to a Grand Island address and a share of the revenues collected from the tolls being returned to the town of Grand Island.

Residents should not have to pay - at a minimum.
Mr. Governor, tear down these tolls!
