A memorial for this Child is all good but just remember someone owns this building and has money invested in this building so who is going to pay this man what he feels his property is worth? I don't think they could just say here's the building I have been investing in for x amount of years so I can have a retirement nest egg in my old age but here you go I will go without that retirement money.

I agree I also grew up in Auburn Maine and also live in Orange park FL. Whenever I drive by that place it gives me the creeps! It's just a reminder of a horrible tragedy!. I'd love to see a memorial in place of that horror story...

There r lots of people who still live in that building so u guys would want to tear down a building with people living in it that's wrong I see people going home to that building no one should loose there home that would just be mean to do

I don't feel that this building should still be standing. I've seen buildings condemned that didn't need to be and knocked down but no let's keep a building that everyone knows had horrible things happen in it. It's not right.
