Tom Kaulitz from german band Tokio Hotel is being sued for hitting someone. Sign this petition if you this this is unfair and if you think the stalkers (Les Afghans on tour) should get restraining orders to protect the band members from further assult. The story: Tom was at a gas station when a girl (Perrine Nouezt), who was part of a french gang that had been stalking him and the rest of his band and attacking their family and friends aswell as other Tokio Hotel fans for over 6 months (and had promised a 'little nightmare' for the band), got angry at Tom after he took a picture of her without her mask on (He was gaining evidence to prosecute them for their attacks), they started threatening him and he threw a cigarette out of the car window to ward them away, the stalker (Perrine) then picked up the cigarette and stubbed it out on Tom's car. Tom lost his temper and hit her. Apparently there was a tear in her eardrum and she had a swollen eye (Although no photographic evidence has been released). Earlier Tom made various offers that included giving her money with the condition that she and her gang stayed away from the band and the band's family/friends (in other words got a restraining order) but the stalkers delined this and sacked their lawyer, now Perrine is asking for 5000euros and to be able to continue stalking. Some of us at Tokiohotelrocks.com dont think this is fair. Should a gang of over 20's be able to stalk 19 year olds and physically attack their realatives. We believe Tom was just scared, and although he shouldnt have hit her it was understandable (would you let someone get away with attacking your mother and filming it) and was most likely in self defense. Perrine is now saying that her actions were just the actions of a devoted fan. Actual fans could not disagree more. If you think this is not right and Perrine should not get the money and she and the rest of 'Les afghans on tour' should get a restaining order please sign this petition.
