Shannon is for me personally the best fit for this position, she was always really helpfull has never rejected any questions we had, she was supportive in any way thinkable. She is definetly more then fit enough to be in this position she has the social skills and the technical knowledge to lead a team of this size. I can not speak for the others but for me Shannon has always been so supportive and helpfull in any way and her knowledge amazed me.
thanks to Shannon, we're having quite an amazing german team spirit. she's responsible and takes good care of everybody in the team. I think she's capable of being a team leader, helping out wherever she can

Shannon was the first person to help me with my questions when I first joined the Ubisoft team. I'm sure that Shannon would do a great job as a TM.
I believe that Shannon is the best option when it comes to the new TM, she is confident, reliable, and supportive. When anyone has questions she never hesitates to make the time to answer them. I would be very happy to see her as my new TM.

In my opinion, Shannon is perfect to be the new german TM. It's like Jimmy already said, she was the first person who helped me when I just started on the floor. She is taking time for every kind of questions and trying her best to help. She is fair and professional! I would like to see her as next german TM.
