The County has been good with environmental issues at Enterprise South. However, there is a 60+-acre wetland on the VW site, not far from the planned horse trails, that is highly sensitive and has already been impacted with a road. The hillside has threatened plant species on it. They should restrict the barn, riding trails to the east side of the property in the passive park area.

please consider altering the route to increase the distance between the trail and UTC's wetland. Ranavirus and chytrid fungus are huge threats to amphibians and the proposed trail has great potential to introduce both into the wetland.

I am opposed to any modifications that negatively impact this wetland. We can work together to find an alternative location for horse trails in our area and perhaps utilize this site in a way that does not negatively impact the biodiversity of this location.

please move the horse trails somewhere else! It is vital that Chattanooga keeps as much of its wild life area untouched. That is the culture here and that is the way it should be every where! Im sure there are other viable options to make your horse riding trails still a wonderful organization and activity for the community. I oppose plans to put in new horse back riding trails at Enterprise South.

I love riding horses, but please use trails that span through the Southern Region and leave the Wetlands alone for the sake of Science. I know it does not seem like a big deal having trails made, but it makes more of an impact than you would imagine. Thank you.

This area is home to many sensitive species, they have already been driven into a smaller home range since the VW plant came to town and TVA's annual clear cutting along their ROW on the edge of the wetland.

i think these trails are a wonderful thing. however there impact on local amphibian life is detramental to the functioning ecosystem that resides in this area. maybe a slight alteration or further research is need before the implament of these trails happens. thak you for your time AP
