Among all the mental health pofessionals I have seen during the last 15 years ( 7 psychotherapists and 1 psychiatrist), among all the spiritual teachers I have met and found online, among ALL the people I have met in my life, Teal Swan is the only one that gave me significant and useful tools and information that not only I have been able to use and helped me to recover from my depression, but also made me a better partner and friend. I have gained the knowledge and the skills I didn't even know I could have to help me feel more empowered and know that I can trust my judgement and my inner knowing. Teal Swan is the only one that has succeeded in making me feel seen, validated and not wrong for who I am and how I feel. She gave me myself back and I do not know where I would be today without her. She saved my life.

How many people have killed themselves from suicide, who have been visiting conventional medicine? How can anyone say that it is the fault of an individual, who in turn is doing her best to get a person to come into their power. This is unfair, and labeling a group of people, who are trying to offer support and understanding to each other... As a some sort of a suicidal cult... Is in fact extremely dangerous and bigoted. For those who say "we need to be critical, and should not follow the masses"... I suggest you critically think for yourself why you would want to shut down a large group of people, who come together for support and self knowledge... Who don't hurt anyone... Except that you have heard a few close minded and one sided articles about it. Please think about it, I know that people here don't mean harm to anyone and definitely do not encourage suicide or anything else but connection, honesty and self-knowledge and understanding. Please don't take this from us, we are honestly trying to do good. Don't give in to the propoganda who wishes to spread fear and segregation. Thank you for reading.

I have been struggling with depression and Teal's videos help me question myself and the way I live my life. He content is not giving you direct answers to your life it helps you ask yourself the right questions and the answers are yours.

Teal has helped me on my personal growth through her insightful teachings. She is all for helping humanity to the best of her abilities and in no way propagating pro suicide actions. Authorities have to look deeper into her work to even make any sound judgement against her. Life is not only black and white, and it is the responsibility each person, or the family member of any suicidal individual to understand the context of the situation first, than instead to blame Teal or anyone for the death of their loved one just to justify how painful actions caused to them by the suicide of the supposed victim.

Teal is amazing she has helped me immensely in the last years and the accusations against her are total BS. I was a member of Teal Tribe and it was helping people to find support from each other when it was urgently needed at all hours. If anything that is going to prevent suicide, not leaving people to suffer alone until it is too late.

Because of Teal I have changed my life into not suppressing my emotions that much, loving myself more and having a sense of purpose.
