Teal was the light at the end of the tunnel when I was in my deepest crisis 5 years ago. It was through her videos that I started to understand myself and realized that there is no fault of mine. I was able to put myself back together again and seek the in-person professional support that I needed. I am forever grateful for Teal.

Teal is an amazingly enlightened person. Ever since I knew about her(2 years ago), I was impressed by her understanding of everything and compassion to help others. She is making a real difference in our lives at least I know that I won't be the person I am today without her videos and her insights. She completely changed my life, the way I see myself and the world around me. I am so grateful that she exists, I will support her because watching people taking her the wrong way is just so sad and it's even very deeply sad if I can't see her videos anymore. The more empowering the teachings are, the more the teacher needs to be out down by forces that seek to control people. Teal's teachings are healing and powerful. Because of Teal, I don't need the mental health industry anymore. I have found true healing. I am empowered. Others will be too; the light will find a way to shine, no matter how much darkness unconscious people to try cast on it.

Out of the near dozen counselors I have been to, Teal is the only one who even knows that the kind of abuse I've been through even exists. To be seen, to be validated is everything. I dont how I would still be living without her, her work and the community of people who subscribe to the philosophies and processes she offers (mostly for free, I might add).

Teal is a fountain of inspiration, truth and wisdom for me. She is incredibly unconditionally loving and supportive of the human condition. There is no way that such expression should ever be denied, it is a profound voice of sanity and a massive healing force. As far as I'm concerned, denial of this is simply either a case of blindness, or deliberate denial, because to me it's obvious she is expressing true love. I find her a great gift to have on Facebook.

Because of the tools Teal has given me through her teachings I was able to deal with my dad’s recent passing. It was devastating but I knew how to treat my emotions. It also helped my mom as well as many others I shared these tools with. Teal removed an elephant off of my chest. Thank you

Teal Swan has been an incredible source for how to help a person work through their trauma, relationships, personal growth, and many many topics close to the human heart that are important to discuss. She empowered me with her videos and books on how to release myself from the pain left over from a toxic relationship. I have always felt that Teal works hard to bring to light the nature of humankind in ways that are educational and sharing techniques in how to work through life's various difficulties. She has clearly given her life to serving people by helping them with her knowledge. I feel Teal had been wrongly attacked by the recent sensationalist journal article blaming her for the suicide of a girl. Because of this unfair article and journalist Facebook has shut down Teal Tribe, a group I followed. It is against free speech to not allow the discussion of suicide on the group, and is a place for suicidal people to reach out to others for support. It is a shame that things have happened this way to an entire group of people, as well as Teal.

Rather than take Teals word for it, she is one of the only teachers who teaches to connect to your own internal guidance For your own answers. She has touched my life in a deep way and because Of her guidance and teachings I know and care about myself and feel more sure about my importance here in this earth which has given me reason to choose life!
