This pledge should be self evident to everybody. Equality will never happen while inequality rules education.

Education needs to stop being a political tool but a well considered, balanced and subject to long term planning not the daily whims of politicians looking for headlines

Competition = winners & losers. No child should lose. Collaboration should be the central driver of educational improvement not profit.

No democratic consultation between Gove & the teacher's professional unions & is intent on the complete removal of State schools from our education system

We must remove Gove and his incidious policies before it's too late. It will already take decades to undo the damage done so far. Please support.

The time is right for the apoliticalisation of education.Too many short term, financially motivated nepotistic decisions are happening. Think of education as an experience and not a delivery system.

He is ruining education for my own children and the children I teach.

If a lesson is taught by a teacher living in fear then the main thing pupils learn is to be afraid.

I share your values and wish you success in your campaign. ALL our children deserve a high quality education appropriate to their needs delivered by teachers who are not subject to constant change, denigration and disdain from government in decent surroundings. This should not be too much to ask in one of th richest countries in the world.

As someone involved in the examination system as well as teaching, I'm appalled that he has been allowed to make ridiculous decisions with no debate or discussion. Gove does not listen: no one can lead or learn without listening.

Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world. (Nelson Mandela). Which is why Gove is so terrified of REAL learning and wants to replace it with the memorisation of ideologically-selected facts. He is a terrifying combination of incompetent and evil and must be stopped.

Time to stand up for teachers and to give them the praise so many of them are due.

Hope this is read carefully by politicians with commitment to the people rather than to the party line. Do they exist anymore?
