Had enough of Gove and Hunt. As a head of humanities and an AST it's time yo get out of teaching.

Sad to see so many of my friends leave teaching due to Michael Gove and his 1950's approach to life. He really needs to spend a day in our shoes.

And now Tristram Hunt has started teaching bashing. He would like teachers to be licensed, with this due for renewal every few years, 'just like doctors and lawyers.' However teachers are not paid as well asthose two professions.

I wonder if Mr Gove realises how much he personally has demoralised the teaching profession. The only thing that has managed to overcone his constant denegration, is the teams that we work in and humour, of course.
