Final supporters
We are senior students that currently enrolled in Chesterfield County Public School Summer School. We had a teacher for the first 4 weeks of the 6 week program and she was very unqualified. Now we have a teacher who stepped up to take on our English 12 class along with her other class English 11 which are totally different curriculums. She is getting very little pay and not even getting paid as much as a subsitute would . They are saying they would rather pay a subsitute then give her at least pay for both classes . Which we find very unfair as a susbstitute is less qualified then her and our exam is next week and will have no idea what we have coverd other then lesson plans given to them . This teacher has made lesson plans and has taught us . We feel as she should get paid fairly . We want our education that we paid for and we want our teacher who graciosuly stepped up to help us to get the pay she earned.

This is honestly so messed up. Mrs. Miller is doing the work of two people and the school is just being cheap about it. She actually cares about us passing our final so they need to pay her what she is worth!
This is wrong in ago many ways!! The kids are the ones that suffer from this.
That's ridiculous. And they wonder why kids drop out of school or act up.
We can't be switched AGAIN it is not fair
