Our internet service (at 1131 Kahite Tr., Vonore, TN 37885) is "down" more than it is "up". For the price we pay, we deserve better service. Our price for TDS service in Kahite costs almost twice as much as what we pay for broad band internet in Indianapolis- and it is much slower and far less reliable.
We experience very slow TDS internet service in Kahite; we would love to have faster services sooner rather than later. Please get us the Fiber Optic Internet.
We work from home and currently have to pay an additional, separate company to pre-record our educational webinars because the bandwidth speed and reliability of TDS prohibits a live event. TDS has been non responsive to our problems
Let's see if CEO LeRoy Carlson appreciates ALL of his customers. It's time we received reliable, fast internet service equal to what TDS quotes in their marketing and promotional material and media.
Service is so slow I often can not access my credit union and pay my bills online. This can affect my credit rating and cause late payment penalties. Please do something to get us faster service.

Please get our services up to today's standards. If you would I know I as well as most people here in Kahite would gladly sign up for ALL the services offered if they were up to date.
