The TDS internet service has been horrid!!!!! I had to have the techs out 5 times as my speed was between .2 and 1.0 mbs. I am paying for 10. The best they could do is say we can't do anything so sign a petition. If there was another choice I would change in a second.

Lack of service, drop connections, etc. TDS has replaced router 3 times and no difference in service. Paying for soemething not receiving

I complained some months ago not just about the lousy service but the fact that they still charge as though we were getting excellent service. Maybe the FCC should be involved.

Our internet service (at 1131 Kahite Tr., Vonore, TN 37885) is "down" more than it is "up". For the price we pay, we deserve better service. Our price for TDS service in Kahite costs almost twice as much as what we pay for broad band internet in Indianapolis- and it is much slower and far less reliable.

Internet connectivity is sporadic and sometimes very slow. New email has no adequate SPAM filters. We need better service for our monthly expense.
