Tokyo Crazy Paradise is a complete manga series by the author of Skip Beat, Yoshiki Nakamura. It has only 19 volumes published in Japan and some would say that it's even better than Skip Beat - the current 'hot' manga published by Viz. Since Skip Beat is such a success, why hasn't Tokyo Crazy Paradise been licensed yet? Is there no market for it?
