I'm so sorry to hear that. It's instances like this that we wish to change, it's so sad because it could have easily been prevented on our District's side.

When I graduated in 2004 we did in the gym and only could get 12 tickets or something like that and if the gym was full which it was people couldn't come in. My bff and now husband missed me walking the stage. I liked the idea of having it outside by deff needs to be at night!

I have two daughter that are graduating in the next two yrs and totally agree with this it is hard for the elderly members in the family to take the heat and sun and is miserable for everyone

This past June my son graduated from Taylor County. Our family came down from Tennessee to attend his graduation and my mom overheated and had to be taken to the vehicle to sit in the air conditioning. She came over 600 miles to see her grandson get his diploma and still missed it because we were sitting in unbearable heat facing the sun. We can surely do better than this.

Too hot!!! The extreme hot weather is really hard on the elderly that would love to attend.
