Final supporters
Please Help us bring justice to my nephew. This man took a 3 yr old that had his life ahead of him. Left a family suffering for the rest of our life. Not to mention caused physical and emotional damage to a young girl. There is no cost to a mother suffering in both parties and a family that will forever hurt over a young angel that was taken away from us. Yet his license is not been taken away, his claiming not guilty, there is no remorse, there is no emotional value to him in each tear we have shed. A mother (my sister) is and will forever have a heart ache and hole that will not be filled with anything. Any other driver driving while impaired would have gotten yrs, a parent defending his/her kids will have gotten years, drug dealers get yrs when caught. So a life of a 3 year old is not as important as this other scenarios. Place your self in our shoe's all I ask is for a compassionate hand to help us do what is right.

It's not Fair a mother has to go through this, because somebody want to drink and be Under the Influence and Drive, if it was anybody else time would've been served. There's many people locked up in prison serving damn near 15 years over Drugs, and Guns and Never even Attempted to kill a soul but doing more time. And this Innocent child is Only worth 2- 3years of justice because of the driver wrong Doing , Its not Fair Not Fair At All! Justice need to Be SERVED
My cousin tayvier and are family did not get justice he killed a 3 year old and only get up to 2 years that's nit justice at all and me and my family should have justice
I couldnt imagine the devastation,emberassment, heartache or pain this family has endured, my heart hurts for you all... I will keep you allin my prayers and hope for justice to be served.... HE DESERVES TO DO TIME!!
I remember when pooty was just months old...before he could walk n talk before the Lil boy he grew in to...he was such a light...such a personality...and his mamas right hand...her side kick...her everything...I will never forget the night he was killed...I broke down crying...because my friends life was forever shaken and changed by tragedy...but also because a sweet innocent boy was taken off this earth cuz someone decided they wanted to drink n drive...crazy....we love u pooty!!!! N miss u soooo much #pootysworld
2 misdemeanors does not equal justice for taking a life, especially a 3 year olds.

This is not Fair. You can charge a minor with an adult charge. But won't charge a grown man with a charge if a death and physical disorders to two different children.
