Far too many homes in the area for the roads and schools to handle. The plans need to be revised and compromise with the current residents of Hanover should be made.

over crowed schools, safety concerns with roads in are not being able to handle traffic. I don't know who is getting paid under the table but stop trying to bring the City to Hanover. Kelly, we moved here because we like living in Mayberry .

This isn't a benefit to our community-- only developers. Until there is something done with Atlee Station Road, development should be minimal.

We are already fighting traffic on Atlee Station, the only way in and out of our neighborhoods. Atlee is overcrowded.

Adamantly oppose this development. My daughter had 36 kids in one class at Atlee last year. We need SMART planning, Hanover!

There is no road infrastructure to support the already boosted development but at this rate you won't even be able to travel down Atlee Station Road. Let's leave Short Pump in the West End and stop trying to duplicate their mistakes here.

I encourage the board members to try and get out of our neighborhood at 8 am on a school day. It's maddening.

What happened to keeping Hanover rural with smart development?

While I understand the development of that area was inevitable, the density of 4 houses per acre is alarming. Aside from the obvious issues of traffic and schools, preservation of property value is of great concern. The proposed density is double the average for this area and does not fit the spirit of our community. I am opposed to the density and believe it should be 2 houses per acre or less.

Don't make an overcrowded community worse!!!!!!!!! Our roads and school system cannot handle this!

Already overcrowded high school, difficult to drive by the schools in the morning now, too dense of a construction plan

I think this area is/has grown enough!

This area is already overcrowded and this new subdivision will have detrimental impacts to the 3 schools as well as add even more traffic to Atlee Station Road which is not suitable for even the current amount of traffic it had to handle on a daily basis.
