The Villages at Taylor Farm, as proposed, is an unnecessarily dense neighborhood which will have detrimental impacts on the schools and aesthetic appeal of the surrounding areas.

Neither the roads, nor the schools are prepared to handle this influx of cars, people, and students. Atlee Station is already bumper-to-bumper every morning and afternoon. Honey Meadows drive is already at capacity. The three schools are near or over capacity.

The area is already too crowded. We don't need another development, especially one with this density, in our area. Too many new subdivisions are ruining the feel of Hanover County and the quality of our schools.

No more homes to overcrowd our schools. It's a disservice to our children and their education.

This isn't a good thing for anyone in the area! This will cause far to much congestion and over crowed schools! We moved to the area specifically for the schools that this is going to ruin!
