Please stop adding more homes in this area! It is busy enough!

Please don't let this development happen. We have way too much development going on right now. If it does happen, the density needs to be greatly restricted.

Address the traffic concerns! The current infrastructure cannot support this.

We don't need another development in an already crowded area.

I drive down Atlee Station to take my son to daycare and during the school year the proposed area is extremely busy requiring school crossing guards. There is enough development in the proposed area that increases student size at CSES and surrounding schools. I fear my child will not be able to go to these schools or will have big class sizes due to the increase of students due to over new development.

Please, this area just can't handle more homes. Besides the communities that already exist aren't full. There are plenty of other spaces in Hanover that aren't near as crowded as we have become. We have a great community, don't drive us out with all of this over development.

Please stop this development. We don't want to be Henrico!!

We already have overcrowded middle and high school. The traffic at CSES is absurd in the morning. Sometimes leaving, vehicles exiting CSES and vehicles both directions on Honey Meadows at a stand still trying to enter and exit the drop off loop. Leave Hanover rural, folks move here because it's not Short Pump,

Please show some restraint and respect for the high quality of living in Hanover.

Hanover does not need to become like Henrico. Let's save the little bit of country living we have left!

Just because there is land doesn't mean it has to be built on.

There is no way this is feasible. The area is already highly compacted. The traffic would be way too heavy and unsafe.

Density configuration is too much

This area of Hanover County is being over developed and adding to the already congested roads and infrastructure

There are enough developments. If I wanted to be in shortpump I would move there. Hanover is too populated now, it used to be rural. STOP BUILDING IT UP. It is not a city!

No more growth on Atlee Station until they rezone the schools.

Please do not add to an already congested area! We love Hanover county just the way it is!

Atlee Station road is already busy enough, and that intersection of Atlee Station and Honey Meadows is terrible during school times. I can't imagine putting another large neighborhood right there. What are you thinking?
