High density, no entrances on Atlee Station Rd, and having a entrance directly accross from CSES are big problems. Traffic is already terrible during the mornings when people are leaving for work and kids are being dropped off at school!

I go to CMS, but I have siblings and friends who go to CSES and I don't want their safety being compromised by some stupid buildings.

This proposed subdivision is too dense. We already have major traffic issues, especially when school are letting in or out.

The development in front of the high school will have 447 units, including single-family homes and town houses. And there are no plans to expand Atlee Station Road in the near future. We shouldn't approve any more development until that happens.

This is NOT anywhere near Hanover County values. C'mon, we don't want another "west end". Hanover is better than that!

If this density of 4 units per acre gets approved with the townhouses on Atlee Station Road, what is to stop Giles Farm or Honey Meadows developer Willie Goode from rezoning to 4 units per acre leaving Rutland Village to Charlston Apartments being all townhouses on Atlee Station Road? There should be a building moratorium on Atlee Station Road, but since our Supervisor Angela is always promoting growth and development against the wishes of her own constituents, a moratorium will never happen. I don't understand why Angela always pushes these developments through advocating on behalf of developers. Shouldn't she be representing her constituents? As someone else said, just because the Board of Supervisors master plan allows this development, they don't have to approve it. Hmmm, what motivates Angela to go way overboard representing developers, realtors, and the like instead of us residents? The vast majority of your residents have spoken and don't want Taylor Farm or any more development that your traffic studies say is viable, or your school capacity charts say is viable. Please represent your constituents who have spoken and are speaking loud and clear!

Do not need that big a development there. Main concern should be safety of elementary students as well as those who run in that area.

This development happening would add to a problem creating more chaos... I feel a solution to current conditions that need to be addressed would go much further than adding to the problem that already exists... Just my opinion...

Something's the people living here should know, when they cut down and the woodlands, all that wild life is going to be going somewhere, and that somewhere will be your backyards. Be prepared, to deal with not only deer, but skunks, racoons, possums, bobcats, and all other animals. These are not always safe around you children and some carry rabies.

This proposed change would increase housing density above existing neighborhoods and thus alter the area. It will also put extreme pressures on the schools, which are already at capacity.

Traffic will increase and any efforts to fix that will likely effect me as s homeowner on Atlee Station Rd. Additionally I do not want the quality of the schools to go down due to over crowding and fear my propery values will fall.

It is important to think of Hanovers long term future Please keep some of it green and do not allow this densely populated development to come into fruition. It is too taxing on our environment

Part of the reason we love Hanover is the rural feel. It does not feel rural in this area anymore!

The lack of an Atlee Station entrance is preposterous! The density of this proposed development is totally incompatible with the developments that were in place when we moved here. It is not fair to current residents who had a reasonable expectation that he character of the area would be maintained. The land will eventually be developed but it should be as nice as the surrounding communities!
