We the undersigned, Shoreham-Wading River residents, petition the SWR Board of Education to provide tax relief now, by accepting, without delay, the legislation created by Senator LaValle which provides a total of $35.8 million dollars, part to go to stabilize tax rates for 3 years, at the 2005-06 tax level and the balance to be used as needed, whether that is maintenance, mitigating a possible tax spike, etc.
