I don’t see anything wrong with a tattoo shop in lincolnton. I believe it would bring much good business to our city and allow us to become more open and accepting of all cultures.

I hope this happens ! it's better to get professional ink that the old man down the road lol what stigma that describes pretty much Lincoln County except for few elites or upper class fellow citizens of this magnificent town .
