I have seen the work of Lance Herman. Top notch. Lincolnton should have a reputable sanitary tattoo parlor. Draw people into the city not force them out of town to spend money in other places. Bring the money into the town!!

Lincoln County needs to get rid of the stupid Ordinance that forbids the opening of a Tattoo Studio. Least thats what ive been told is the reason why theres not one here. So SIGN THIS PEOPLEEEE!!!!!
