People without tats are in the minority now. As times change then so must our laws. In my opinion a Tatto business should be allowed to come to Lincolnton to allow our residents a safe and local environment to get their tats done. Not to mention it will bring revenue to our town and bring jobs in our area as opposed to helping the surrounding counties.
