If President Obama OKs the Tar Sands Keystone XL Pipeline from Canada to the Gulf of Mexico he has lost my vote for 2012. He is beholden to no one on this decision, and it's his alone to make. He can approve or kill the deal. If allowed to go through, it effectively sentences ours and future generations to runaway climate change. If he will not honor his campaign pledge to seriously address the unfolding climate disaster, he does not deserve another term in office. In the event of the President's approval of the pipeline, those who sign this petition pledge to withdraw their support and their vote for Obama in the US Presidential election of 2012.
