I am scared to go to work I either need to get paid more or need a mask. I have bills to pay. I cannot be expected to starve at the expense of corprate profits and potentially scaring guests.

If a target worker bee gets I'll, they should get full pay, keep their job, all medical costs paid. Plus child care and family members medically full coverage no co-pay or deductible.

If Target wishes to see my patronage continue, those in charge are going to have to do a much better job.

This should be the baseline: all workers especially in critical service & necessity sectors should be guaranteed paid sick leave & provided sufficient health protections while carrying out their jobs.

All of these demands are necessary to protect not only the workers but customers as well. Failing to answer these shows contempt for the general public at large.

I work for one of the target distribution centers and can tell you the “safety practices” put in place by target are nothing more than a publicity stunt. We’ve had to personally alter policies to make them make sense especially when it comes to cleaning the equipment.
These hard worker are not even given gloves.
