Target Worker COVID19 Emergency Demands

I have to quit my job at Target for the same reason. because I were mask and gloves and they tell me that's no target policy

I worked for target in the past it's a brutal union crushing company that undermines employees constantly. Good luck and solidarity.

I can’t risk bringing home the virus to my 60+ year old parents and my 91 year old grandfather just so Target’s stocks can maintain during this crisis. My life and the life of my coworkers is worth more than that!

It's not fair to them or their families

This should be obvious but anyone continuing to work for the good of the people during this pandemic should have hazard pay. They are working in hazardous conditions.

If I were a worker for you I would have already quit. Now is not predatory capitalist practices.

We are terrified and people are not coming just to buy essentials - they are putting all of us at risk just to hang out and shop.

Ridiculous that there is a presumed positive for Corona and we are still expected to go to work, when all we have in our warehouse is clothing!

We are not disposable!

We need hazards pay not a 2 dollar raise that we were already supposed to get!

Protect and support your workers!!!!!!

I stand with the employees of Target. They deserve better pay, paid time off for the duration of this pandemic and beyond, and appropriate safety measures to protect themselves while at work. These are basic human necessities and benefit not just the employees but the entire community.

Starbucks doesn't even have the wipes we need to sanitize like you say. Guests pile up in a large line and cough on each other and all you can do is 2 an hour? I mean thank you and all, but you were going to give us that anyway. At least protect us more.

I highly respect and appreciate all Target employees, or anyone who is still working thru this crisis. I agree with this petition, my only disagreement is with the PPE. Even health care professionals are not getting the proper protection, matter of fact the CDC is giving all types of unsafe advice for healthcare providers, but that’s another story! I am sorry you are all going thru this. You are loved and appreciated! I hope that Target shows concern and appreciation for their employees safety ASAP!!!! Stay strong, & remember there is strength in numbers ❤️

I'm a market Target employee and all my concern about still working while management knows I have an immuno-compromised father going through chemo is outrageous and inhumane, but the paid time off policy from corporate is insufficient and ONLY applies to people confirmed to have COVID-19. My family relies on the money I bring in and missing work would ruin us. Target is making me choose between my family's financial ruin and my father's life.
