I work for target and I am currently on COVID leave. Took me so much going around in circles to get the benefits people to email me back and I didn't even know I was supposed to let them know I was gonna be out I thought I only had to let the call in line know. It's been 15 days not and I go back to work in 3 days. I didn't get a single dime of pay during that 15 days that they supposedly give us. I am guessing I will get it in the next few days. I hope so anyway. Nobody should have to be this sick and also have to stress over finances.

I hope that target workers form a union. The way they are being treated is unconscionable.

it's ridiculous that we only get half of our average hours. that's not livable.

Essential workers deserve the recognition in their efforts durring this pandemic. Risking the safety of themselves and loved ones coming into work every day. We deserve some kind of bonus or compensation once again. As the efforts to minimize the pandemic have not been effective and this continues to grow and get worse. Again we are risking our safety for the company. Please take us seriously and know our importance. This is not an easy time.

My store has even all but eradicated the cleaning methods for COVID19 and is treating anyone (everyone) who cleans like a janitor and not providing anything needed to sanitize. I have been berated, reffered to as a child, and belittled by theirany comments about mental amd physical illness, as though they would rather work you to death or have you get out. I was asked during a panic attack if I 'needed my mommy or something'.

I have been exposed to COVID 19 in my store by more then 5 people in the last 2 weeks. I am not eligible to take a paid leave and I cant necessarily afford to take a month off not paid. Im scared and I need to keep myself and my household safe.

We need people to come and test us every week and we need to be close one day out of the week So some professional people can come in and clean up

I think the root of the problem with the situation in the store is foot traffic...the selling of non-essential items will have to curbed and limited...items needed like soap, hair products, detergent and cleaners-disinfectants........items needed for everyday maintenance....baby products included...are over the counter. This in turn will reduce foot traffic.....team members will have more time and space to be better protected...washing hands more often, having time to disinfect behind each guest...there's less crowd in the store...I think this is the only way out of this situation....sadly

We need to handle situations like this properly and compensate the people who are at risk properly.
