I don’t work directly for Target but I work inside target stores and I have to be here as long as Target is opened.

I agree. The store capacity requirement for our store is too high. During my shift, people don’t get out of the way to maintain 6ft and are crowded in the aisles.

As a frequent Target shopper, I am appalled that you are not doing a better job to protect your employees. Just last week I briefly visited my local Target in Stillwater MN and observed large numbers of employees and guest without masks or gloves and no sneeze guards at the registers. Many guests were not abiding by social distance guidelines and no one was monitoring that situation. I quickly left the store and won't be back until Target pays more than lip service to the safety of its staff. Cannot believe you are so hypocritical.

I want to know when a co-worker has been quarantined. I found out that a person I worked with at Guest Services called in sick the next day. No one told me. (Even under HIPAA they could have simply told us a co-worker was being quarantined) .I complained to ODH. Masks, gloves, eyewear. Needed to keep us safe. Might make customers think twice if they are in the store to browse or shop for non-essential items if they see the store staff covered up. Sad that the sick coverage was only for 30 days. Most of the vulnerable were forced to come back to work this week. Overhiring of new staff has also resulted in fewer hours for established workers.

The store is not taking their team members health/risks into consideration at all. They are only trying to look good to the public with their fake cleaning. Did not care if we had masks or the correct size gloves, cleaning items, etc. Never clean the break rooms, tables are filthy, people throw their dirty gl oi ves on the table, the refrigerator smells like someone died in it.

I am a target team member. I am joining the fight in this because something needs to be done to protect us. Capacity levels need to be dropped crowding down aisles, shoppers who aren't actually shopping need to leave we need to keep ourselves safe and its virtually impossible at times!

I work in the grocery section of Target and can say that customers DO NOT stay 6 feet away while we are working, trying to fill the shelves for them. It's very frustrating that we're looked upon as just "workers" and not actual people who are going home to families.

I agree they should have been PPE gear for us and a lot more restrictions in the store to protect us. And the fact that some of my colleagues wanted to wear a mask Before the new mandate-and were told no is just plain wrong. I am lucky enough I did not get Covid But from being rundown from all the demands on us and what we were doing and pressure and stress I am now home with pneumonia

This needs to be enforced. Too many customers are allowed in the store and allowed to roam and shop in places other than why is considered essential.
