Tara Community Opposition of New Apartment Buildings

This apartment complex does not belong Here. It does not meet requirements It offers no contribution to Tara in any Way Builder is wanting to build here because Of our excellent community that is well Established to ride our coattails It’s all about money for the builder, Period!!!!

I totally agree that that land should not accommodate that many apartments or any at all.

I don’t think you should take away any green space or wetlands to build low income housing. Use closed retail space for that.

I oppose the build

Apartment will bring more crime to our area.

I oppose the Zilber project as it will ruin the aesthetics of the area and will create serious and dangerous traffic issues.

Terrible idea! Too much development, and traffic already! This will only add additional congestion and danger to the intersection and entrance/exit to our community.

I oppose the apartment buildings

No variance should be granted. The construction of an apartment building so close to the corner of Rt70 and Tara Blvd will do nothing more than create excessive congestion with potentially fatal consequences.

The area (roads, infrastructure, etc..) cannot support a multi-family development that is being proposed. This will completely clog the already very busy traffic at this intersection to the point of being unsafe for those in the area. Please do not let this go thru.

I OPPOSE the construction of the proposed apartment building in our community because of density, flood water, traffic, compatibility, and height concerns.

This project is to large for the area.
