TALIESHA WAS THE VICTIM OF A RUTHLESS HEARTBREAKING MURDER LESSTHEN A MONTH AGO. HER MOTHER( ERICA DELK) AND HER SON (JAYCE)ARE STILLGRIEVING TRYING TO COPE WITH THIS SENSELESS TRAGEDY. HER SON WAKES UP IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT REPEATING WHERE IS MOMMY WHERE IS MOMMY. JAYCE FATHER IS TRYING TO GET CUSTODY OF THE CHILD BUT WE FEEL IT IS TO SOON AND ANY TYPE OF SEPARATION BETWEEN ERICA AND JAYCE WILL TRAUMATIZE THEM BOTH BEYOND REPAIR. SO WE THE UNDERSIGN PURPOSE THIS PETITON TO SUSPEND ANY COURT PROCEDUURES FOR SIX MONTHS TO A YEAR UNTIL SHE REACHES HER COMFORT ZONE THANK YOU .

The massive wave of support shows that people refuse to stand by while this family is ripped apart by cold court bureaucracy. We are forcing them to pay attention to this cruelty because this fight is about protecting a grieving child from further trauma.

give family time to heal before trying to take custody of her only daughter child
Why would he do that at least give them time to get there self together the baby need his grandma she is the closes thing to his mom ,,, if the father really want what's best for his son he would leave him with his grandma until he older enough to know what happen!!!
This is very sad. This is such a tragic situation for the family and everyone that loved Taliesha. Please...this is just all too much at one time. Let the family mourn and find peace. Think about what's best for Jayce at the moment. I'm praying
It would be more than tragic to pull him from his grandmother at such a time as this. Why would you even consider that? Im sure you are able to visit your son whenever you want. Please don't do this. This is very heartbreaking. I pray in the Name of Jesus that you allow some time to pass before moving on. Sometimes the way of a mans heart seems sure, but the way of the Lord is ALWAYS the best.
Praying that Justice is served and that the courts look to best interest of Jayce please give her mother and son time to heal.
He should stay with grandma. I know cant nobody replace his mother. but his mother, is part of his mother n his grandma is his second mother.
