TLC over the past 2 years has changed up the rules and has become very restrictive with the previously allowed and promised 4 block parties per street per year. TLC has reduced it to 4 parties per neighborhood per year. This change and lack of integrity of TLC to the homeowners has proved to be frustrating and much more expensive to the homeowners to host a party. Please join me in asking Management and the Board to honor the promises made for 4 block parties per street per year so we are able to enjoy our community and neighbors creating lasting memories.
