Dear Governor Brown - We Are Taking A Stand

Impeach the dirty governor who only cares about his agenda and paycheck.

I, too, am fearful of walking alone on ANY street in Redding. This used to be such a beautiful city to live in, raise children in and participate in community functions. Now, we are afraid to leave our homes for fear of being assaulted or for fear of our home being robbed. We can no longer walk our beautiful trails or take our kids to the park without the risk of being stuck by used needles. Our law enforcement is unable to keep up with the number of calls received EVERY DAY. We are losing businesses and residents which means we are losing tax dollars. We are tired of living in fear, of having to step over a passed out addict and of having to ensure our homes are protected from the prison release addicts who mock the system, knowing they will be back out on the street before the ink on the police report is dry. Time to stop this before Redding becomes uninhabitable by honest hard working citizens and taken over by parolees and drug addicts.

My husband and I chose Northern California as our "forever" home; not so sure it was a good choice anymore.

Enough is Enough!!

Please do your job. For the people not the special interest..

Maybe Mr Moonbeam you should come and live in our town for a few months to see how F***ked up it is. Thanks for making California and My town a piece of crap!

Enough is enough. Start protecting the law abiding citizens, not the criminals who have no respect for the law.

What you have allowed to happen to our communities will be your legacy.

The crime is so way out of hand!

Please let us keep our guns. They are the only defense with have to fight the drug pushers, users,growers and manufacturers. If you want the criminals outside, allow the good citizens to fight for themselves and their homes.

I forgot to mention, we have some beautiful properties for sale in case you'd like a nice vacation home or a beautiful spot to retire to... However if you see shady cars pulling in and out of your neighbors house after dark or perhaps a midnight brawl and a couple of gunshots, not to worry, it's just the meth lab next door. You know, the non violent AB109ers... Just trying to make a living like the rest of the hard working folks up here! Please , stop by anytime, we can arrange a play date!

Governor Brown is a soulless idiot, I can not believe he was re-elected. Now I question ballot tampering..... He is the worst thing that has happened to California and should resign.

Please come to our beautiful town. Tell us which park you would like your grandchildren to play in, where you would like to do your grocery shopping or maybe you would like to fish a little and take a walk down one of our beautiful river trails! If you need emergency assistance please call 911 and leave a message... They will get back to you as soon as they get to the other 100 calls ahead of yours! Thanks for thinking of us!

Thank you for taking a step towards trying to get our communites back.

I would like to go through a day with my kids where I don't need to explain to them why people in our town are sleeping on the sidewalk, or talking to themselves, or reek of urine when they walk by, or why their bike got stolen, or why that man asked me for money then cursed aggressively when I had nothing to give him.

Time to step up to the plate Governor and do your job!

Admit your giant mistake and do the right thing. Safety of the citizens should be your top priority.
